COVID Update:

The Lake Laurentian Conservation Area remains accessible to the public as we
understand the importance of access to nature for community health and well-being. Both the
Nature Chalet and the BioSki Cottage remain closed although staff may be present from time
to time. The conservation area is accessible for passive, walk-through recreation only. Please
follow posted signs and practice social distancing. Lake Laurentian is accessible for paddlers or
those wanting to come fishing from a non-motorized boat or shore. Dog owners are reminded
to poop and scoop and keep all dogs leashed. Portable toilets are open and cleaned twice a day
Monday through Friday.

The Nickel District Conservation Staff are working away from the office but are available by telephone (705) 618-3301 and email NDCF@SudburyConservation.ca
